Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at NuviaDecor.lt. We strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund policy below to understand our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

As all of our artwork is made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect address provided, or if you simply no longer wish to keep the item. However, we are committed to providing the best service possible, so please carefully review the details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at mockaitisedvinas3@gmail.com. We require notification within 7 days of receiving your order to process a refund or replacement. You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label (if applicable)

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product. We will also cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.

Lost or Missing Items

In the rare event that your order is lost or goes missing during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund under the terms outlined above, the process will be as follows:

  2. After review and verification, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds will not include shipping fees, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

As we work with Printful to produce our products, changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been placed and processing has started. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to us immediately, and we will try to assist you, though we cannot guarantee a modification after production begins.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept refunds or returns for the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care

  • Orders that were delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
